Refund Policy
- Refund will be finalised after the complete verification of the product requested for return/replacement
- Once the verification is complete a refund will be initiated for the total paid amount of the product inclusive of other charges (Shipping charges, during the time of delivery).
- Refunds will be processed NEFT/ RTGS mode only.
- User shall share the Bank Account Details on epharmacy@wockhardthospitals.com
- Our Customer Care executive will confirm the bank details before processing the return request.
- Any other mode of refund request will not be entertained.
- Payable amount will be refund excluding any discounts/offer applied during placing the order.
Timelines for refund:

Note W1 Points Related : If any W1 points are utilised in an order and if the order is cancelled wholly then the W1 points are tends to collapse
