1) How can I place the order?

• Register on website www.wockhardtepharmacy.com with mobile number 
• Fill User Details Viz. Name, Address, Phone Number, Billing Address, Shipping Address
• Add Products to buy in cart along with the required  quantity
• Proceed with final payment method by selecting the mode of payments and then place the order

2) Do I need to upload the Prescription for ordering medications?

• Yes, prescription is mandatory for ordering medicine

3)How do I Upload the prescription and Order the required medicine?

• Yes, You can click the image of your prescription and upload it on the given Tab
• Fill the Prescription form, initially check the serviceable pin-code. If your pin-code is serviceable

4)Then Upload the required mandatory details and Submit

• You will get a call / WhatsApp from the e-pharmacy team for final confirmation.

5) How can I track my order?

• You can check in order status if the order is placed but to get the latest update about the order or reach out to us on 8291999199 via call/WhatsApp

6) What if my payment fails during placing the order?

• If your payment fails but money got deducted from your bank account it is advised to wait for 3-4 business days as the payment will be refunded back to you.
• You can make an alternative payment to complete the order

7) I am unable to fetch the medicines I need on Wockhardt epharmacy?

• Kindly drop a WhatsApp message on 8291999199 or upload the prescription on web portal of www.wockhardtepharmacy.com 

8) Product I need frequently shows out of stock?

• To know more about the required product reach out to us on 8291999199 via call/WhatsApp

9) Is that possible to make a billing on address (A) and create a shipment for address (B) ?

• Yes, That is possible. While filling up the address details you will find two types of address
• Kindly fill the shipping address and billing address as required

10) What is the mode of payments?

• You can do payments using Credit/Debit Cards , Netbanking,UPI’s and COD

11) What are W1 Points?

• W1 points are reward points given to you for your purchased order
• 1 W1 = 1 Rupee

12) How can I redeem my W1 Points?

• W1 points will be redeem automatically during your purchase and a complete amount breakup will be show in Order summary
• You can redeem your W1 points from second purchase onwards as well as you can view the W1 points in your details 

13) Can I Pay Cash on Delivery?

• Yes, you can select COD as a mode of payment

14) How are the Shipping Charges added?

• Shipping charges are added according to the final billing amount
