Description
Zole-F Ointment is a combination medicine. It is used to treat various types of skin infections usually the fungal type of skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. It also acts against the infection-causing microorganisms.
Mechanism of Action :
Zole-F Ointment is an antifungal medicine. It is used to treat skin infections caused by fungi. These include athlete?s foot, ringworm, vaginal thrush, and sweat rash. It works by killing and stopping the growth of fungi, thereby clearing the infection and relieving the symptoms.
Composition : Fluocinolone acetonide (0.01% w/w) + Miconazole (2% w/w).
Common side effects :
- Application site reactions (burning, irritation, itching and redness)
