Designed with a three point principle by exerting pressure against the sternum and pelvic region on the anterior side and the lumbar region on the posterior side. Maintains the position of the Thoracic as well as Lumbar spine in hyperextension position. Light weight aluminum bar that can be adjusted vertically and horizontally for a firm support.
