Piomega oil is flaxseed oil which is cold pressed and is extracted from authentic very high omega three PKVNL 260 Linseed variety (tested pesticide free). Along with high omega three, PIOMEGA oil is also enriched with vitamin E antioxidant and packed under nitrogen.5 ml Twice daily Can be taken orally OR add with Juices, Milk, Paneer, Yogurt, Fruit smoothies, Honey. This product is not intended as a sole source of nutrition. This product is only appropriate for use in individuals greater than 5 years old.
